MPower

MPower is a comprehensive one-on-one coaching program that helps you shed your masks and embrace an authentic life. Over the course of 12 sessions, Capt. Suraj will guide and support you on a journey of self-discovery, which empowers you to change your mindset, take control of your life and live to your fullest.

Condition

The Condition Module, which spans 4 sessions, is designed for personal growth. It focuses on understanding and utilising one’s strengths, balancing thought and action, learning why people fail and recognising the realities of life. It also delves into stress responses and the human survival instinct. You will identify your fundamental personal needs and the driving questions that influence key life decisions.

Control

Conducted over 4 sessions, the Control module helps you deepen your understanding of personal experiences and responses. It encourages a critical evaluation of perceptions, explores the relationship between cause and effect, delves into the dynamics of the conscious and unconscious mind and incorporates forgiveness practices. It works at unlocking your potential and guides you towards optimised personal performance.

Cleanse

Cleansing is all about developing emotional intelligence, understanding personal history and eventually healing. You will learn how memories and emotions are stored, understand the root causes of emotional responses, explore the stages of conditioning and examine genealogical impacts on the present self. This two-session module is integral for unravelling and healing emotional complexities, leading to greater emotional clarity and wellbeing.

Conquer

The Conquer module concentrates on personal transformation and self-improvement. Mid-Life Awakening

Most men operate on auto-pilot. They fulfil their duties and responsibilities, and provide for their families as per societal expectations day in and day out. Few stop to question if the lives they are living, both personal and professional, is what they really want.

At some point - typically between 31 and 40 – they realise that their life, despite all the accolades and achievements feels empty and purposeless. What follows is mid-life crisis which can range from mild turmoil to a complete breakdown. Men try to cope with alcohol, drugs, sex, gambling or excessive gym routines, which may provide temporary relief but can lead to a lifetime of discontent if the core issue is not addressed. Unfortunately, many men are unaware that the issue goes much deeper and it is only when the internal turmoil affects their health, that they take it seriously.

Mid-Life Awakening is a group workshop that helps middle-aged men avert the mid-life crisis or snap out of it. Burnout to Balance
